Ambedkar University, Delhi, on Tuesday announced dates for the entrance exams in for its courses, due to begin on July 10. The entrance exams for research programmes began on June 11 and will go on till July 8. This year, the university has also added two new research programmes — PhD in management and PhD in economics.
The university will display its list of eligible applicants for all its MPhil and PhD programmes on July 9, after which the entrance exams are to begin. The entrance examinations are to start from July 10 with mathematics and development practices. The other set of entrance exams will be MPhil and PhD in women’s and gender studies on July 16, and PhD English and the new course of PhD economics on July 17.
Entrances for PhD in human ecology and for MPhil comparative literature and translation studies will be on July 23, and July 25 for development studies.
The exams for PhD programme in management would take place on July 26, along with MPhil/PhD history followed by MPhil Hindi and PhD sociology on July 27 and July 31, respectively.
The last entrance exam will be of PhD comparative literature and translation studies on August 2.
